Every read of your health data is written to a local audit log. When PRTCL for Clinics launches and you choose to share with a clinic, you will see exactly when they looked, and at what.

Locked behind your face, print or PIN.
PRTCL locks itself the moment you leave it. Your fingerprint or face where your device supports them, a six-digit PIN where it does not, and no way in without one of them. A wrong attempt stays locked. Only you get the green light.

PRTCL does not sell health data, and there is no advertising business behind it. The subscription is the business model — the only arrangement that keeps both of those true.
