Do I lose my data if I cancel?
No. Your protocols and history live in the encrypted database on your device. Cancelling removes the paid guidance features, not your own records.
Is tracking really free, or is it a trial?
Free is permanent. Basic tracking, calendar integration and the Vendors Portal do not expire and do not ask for a card.
What is the difference between Plus and Premium?
Plus adds dosing intelligence, educational content and fitness integrations. Premium adds unlimited Library access, personalized AI recommendations and a quarterly 1-on-1 review with concierge support.
Can my clinic see my data?
Only if you explicitly grant it, only for the categories you choose, and only until you revoke it. Clinic sharing arrives with PRTCL for Clinics, which is not yet available.
Is PRTCL medical advice?
